The problem
CCaaS handles interactions. Not resolutions.
- Complaints are scattered across channels with no single record
- Agents waste time reconstructing history from multiple tools
- Escalations are manual, undocumented, and inconsistent
- Audit trails are impossible to produce at speed
- No visibility into what actually resolved an issue, or why it came back
The solution
The missing resolution layer, governed by design.
- Structured case records unify voice, email, chat, and social
- AI-powered classification and next-best-action on every case
- Configurable workflows with SLAs, compliance gates, and ownership
- One-click audit exports ready for regulatory submission
- Incident and problem linkage that prevents recurrence at the root

Frequently Asked Questions
Learn how our partner models, commercial terms, delivery responsibilities, support, and onboarding work.
ResolveCX works with systems integrators, CX and contact center specialists, CCaaS partners, managed service providers, digital transformation consultancies, technology providers, and other organizations that can help customers successfully adopt and operate the platform.
We particularly value partners that combine strong customer relationships with consulting, integration, implementation, or managed service capabilities.
ResolveCX supports three primary partnership models.
Referral Partners introduce qualified opportunities and receive an agreed commission when those opportunities result in qualifying business.
ResolveCX Solution Partners can sell ResolveCX subscriptions and build services around the platform, including discovery, implementation, integration, migration, training, support, and managed services.
Strategic and OEM Partners can explore deeper platform relationships, including embedded, co-branded, or white-label propositions, subject to separate commercial and licensing agreements.
Yes. Approved Solution Partners can purchase ResolveCX subscriptions at agreed partner pricing and resell them as part of their customer solution.
Partners can also combine ResolveCX with their own consulting, implementation, integration, support, and managed services offerings.
Yes. Our objective is to enable qualified partners to lead deployments using their own certified resources.
This can include tenant configuration, workflows, channels, routing, integrations, migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
Production deployment rights may be subject to appropriate technical enablement or certification.
Yes. We actively encourage partners to develop recurring managed services around the platform.
Partners can provide services such as platform administration, user management, workflow changes, operational reporting, optimization, integration support, and L1/L2 customer support.
ResolveCX remains responsible for the underlying SaaS platform and L3 product engineering.
The normal partner-led support model is:
Customer → Partner L1/L2 → ResolveCX L3
Partners manage customer-facing administration and operational support, while ResolveCX provides product-level escalation and engineering support.
Specific support responsibilities and service levels are defined in the applicable partner agreement.
For partner-led accounts, the partner retains its agreed commercial and service relationship with the customer.
At the same time, organizations using the platform are recognized as ResolveCX end customers. This allows ResolveCX to operate, secure, support, and develop the platform appropriately while respecting the partner's commercial position.
ResolveCX supports deal registration and partner account protection for qualifying opportunities.
Our objective is to grow accounts together rather than compete with our partners for registered opportunities. Specific protection periods and conditions are defined within the ResolveCX Partner Program and applicable partner agreement.
Partners can submit qualified opportunities to ResolveCX for registration.
Once accepted, the opportunity receives an agreed period of partner protection, subject to continued active engagement and progression of the opportunity.
Deal registration also enables ResolveCX to provide appropriate presales, technical, and commercial support.
Yes.
An organization using a production ResolveCX subscription is recognized as a ResolveCX end customer regardless of whether the subscription was purchased directly or through an authorized partner.
The route to market does not change the underlying product relationship.
Yes. We actively encourage joint customer success stories, references, and co-marketing.
The partner, ResolveCX, and the customer can be appropriately recognized for their respective roles.
Use of customer names, logos, quotations, performance metrics, and detailed case studies remains subject to the applicable contractual terms and customer permissions.
White-label and OEM arrangements are available to qualifying strategic partners.
These arrangements are separate from standard resale rights and may include minimum commercial commitments, different licensing terms, branding requirements, support responsibilities, and customer attribution arrangements.
Powered by ResolveCX models may also be available alongside other co-branded options.
Yes. Partners remain free to market and deliver their own professional and managed services.
Use of the ResolveCX name, logos, and other trademarks is governed by our partner branding guidelines.
Co-branded customer propositions can also be supported where appropriate.
ResolveCX provides agreed partner pricing for software subscriptions.
Partners build their own commercial proposition around the platform and can separately price implementation, consulting, integration, training, and managed services.
Any applicable software pricing requirements are defined in the partner commercial schedule and remain subject to applicable law.
United States Dollars (USD) is the currency currently used for ResolveCX partner pricing and invoices.
Partners may choose to invoice their own customers in an appropriate local currency.
The applicable contracting entity and address are identified in each partner agreement and commercial schedule.
ResolveCX may introduce or designate regional contracting entities in the future where appropriate.
For active partner-led customers, we aim to keep the partner involved throughout the customer lifecycle, including subscription renewals, expansion, and additional services.
Detailed renewal arrangements, notice periods, and commercial terms are defined within the applicable partner agreement and commercial schedule.
Yes. Eligible partners can receive access to demonstration or Not For Resale environments for sales demonstrations, enablement, testing, and internal training.
These environments cannot be used to operate production customer workloads unless specifically authorized.
Yes.
Partner enablement can include product training, sales playbooks, discovery guidance, demonstration environments, technical documentation, architecture support, integration guidance, and joint presales assistance.
More advanced enablement and certification benefits may depend on partner tier.
Partner tiers recognize increasing levels of capability, customer success, and commitment to ResolveCX.
Progression can consider factors such as certified resources, active opportunities, successful deployments, customer satisfaction, recurring revenue, and participation in joint go-to-market activities.
Higher tiers may provide additional commercial benefits, support, enablement, and strategic collaboration.
ResolveCX and its applicable licensors retain all rights in the underlying software, platform technology, and product intellectual property.
Customers retain ownership of their customer data, and partners retain ownership of their independent services, methodologies, and intellectual property, subject to the terms of the applicable agreements.
ResolveCX provides a cloud-based SaaS platform with security, data protection, and operational controls designed for enterprise use.
Detailed responsibilities relating to data protection, subprocessors, security, data residency, retention, and incident management are defined through the applicable SaaS terms, Data Processing Agreement, and security documentation.
