Studio Scripting & WEM Integration
NICE CXone Contact Center Integration
Put complaint intelligence inside CXone routing itself: Studio scripts query ResolveCX before an agent is chosen, WEM data builds defensible escalation audit trails, and Enlighten AI signals sharpen intake severity scoring.

How it works
Four ways ResolveCX and NICE CXone work together
Studio scripting puts case logic inside the routing layer
CXone Studio is a full scripting environment, not just an IVR builder. SNIPPET and REST API actions inside a Studio script can query ResolveCX mid-routing — for example, checking whether the caller has an open complaint and routing them straight to the owning handler instead of the general queue. Case-aware routing happens before an agent is ever selected.
WEM data turns escalations into an auditable narrative
NICE's workforce engagement suite records who was scheduled, who handled the interaction and how it was evaluated. ResolveCX draws on this to build escalation audit trails: when a complaint moves up a tier, the trail shows the handling agent, their evaluation context and the supervisor sign-off — the narrative Ofcom and FCA reviewers ask for when probing whether escalation was timely.
Enlighten AI signals sharpen intake classification
Where Enlighten sentiment and intent signals are exposed through the CXone APIs, ResolveCX consumes them at intake to pre-classify severity and flag vulnerability indicators. A contact scored as high-distress can bypass standard triage entirely. Signal availability varies by CXone package — we confirm what your tenant exposes during scoping.
Dual-regulator reporting from a single CXone estate
Telecoms and financial services teams often share one CXone tenant. ResolveCX segments complaint populations by business unit so Ofcom's ADR and accessibility obligations apply to the telecoms book while FCA DISP timelines govern the regulated financial book — each producing its own regulator-ready report from the same underlying CXone contact stream.
